With PC-

after you have downloaded the apk file you need to have sidequest app on your pc download it from https://sidequestvr.com/setup-howto and download advanced installer and then after you are in  sidequest make sure to connect your headset to your pc with a cable and then  on the top right there is gonna be a bar and click the one with a download icon that is between wifi and folder icon and after you click it its gonna open a file explorer so choose apk you downloaded and it should download to your headset and then in your headset go to library and on the top where it says all click on it and then choose unknown sources and then there should be that game :) enjoy

First Install mobile vr station(applab) Open mobile vr station Go to all folders Select android then select scoped storage actions Then press step 1 request access and when it opens that phone looking thingy press Quest {and then depending on ur model} Press android and scroll down to downloads Now install cx file explorer (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XSSwdMcGi2g as apk When you install it Go back to mobile vr station select it and install it give permissions to anything Then install the game and open cxfile explorer Over there select downloads click on monkebot apk and install it Over in apps you can find it and launch it Enjoy!
